Among the countless violations for Golden House Construction Services LLC, and for 2130 Brookside Parkway North Drive in Indianapolis in particular, is the most recent violation which resulted in a Stop Work Order by the City of Indianapolis on January 8th, 2024. Residents have been told that the City of Indianapolis is suing Arcangel Tellez Garcia as the owner of Golden House Construction Services LLC.
It is worth noting that Golden House Construction was still digging more ground at the violation area on Sunday, February 11, 2024. This very large and deep hole, which has been empty for two months, is due to removal of nearly all of the public sidewalk in front of the house by Golden House. Erosion is a serious issue which seems to be taken lightly by Angel and Golden House Construction.
Local residents are now referring to the house as the “Leaning Tower of Brookside” for some reason. There is video on file from concerned residents.
