We were sent photos of “Order To Stop Work” signs posted by the City of Indianapolis. These are related to Golden House Constructions’ current renovation at 2102 Brookside Parkway North Drive in Indianapolis, Indiana. These permit violations of Indiana state or local codes occurred on March 4, 2021.
Reason for issuance: Indianapolis Building Standards and Procedures 2016: Section(2) 536-201; 536-609; 536;705; 536-709. This Stop Work-Order has been issued for failure to obtain a structural permit prior to the interior and exterior remodel that includes:
- Removal of walls to convert the three family dwelling to a single family dwelling
- Installation of new joists and walls
- Replacement of front porch
- Removing of siding on a two story multi family dwelling
