The unfortunate buyer does not know about these permit violations and will be responsible for all costs required to fix the violations caused by Golden House Construction Services.
This home sold for $300,500.00 in April of 2021 and was sold by Angel Tellez Garcia’s realtor, Kristina Musielak of Plat Collective. If Kristina does not know about the many homes with permit violations from Angel at Golden House Construction, she is not doing her due diligence as a realtor.
