I bought a rehabbed home from Golden House Construction Services April of 2021. Within 3 months, the plumbing had to be completely redone ($14,000 repair). Within 6 months, the roof started to leak ( $18,000 repair). The seller did not disclose these issues. The value of the home was mislead. There was faulty workmanship and faulty materials used. There was also faulty planning as required building permits were not acquired.
